ah i know ive been mia lately, been busy. but just thought i would share that i figured out what was causing my plateau..not enough water! :) i am now down to 180 as of this morning.. putting me down 40 lbs in 3 and a half months! :)

hehe thanks guys. yeah i hadnt been on much but had been sticking to plan (with the exception of my cousin's husbands going away party, but we agreed that was a planned cheat). but yay! im glad i figured out the water thing, that had to be what was holding me back because i up my water intake and BOOM the 2 lbs i was fighting with the last 2 -3 weeks were gone :) im so getting my haircut this weekend (if money allows)
