30# Club Please!

Postby ToyDiva » April 11th, 2006, 4:32 am

Hi Everyone,

I know I haven't posted for a few weeks now. Too much to write down about family stuff going on and then my girls getting sick, then my DH and well, you know who now has the cold! Anyway, I have been reading all your wonderful posts for support and want to congratulate all of you on some great accomplishments the last few weeks. I see lots of new #club members and lots of movement into new #clubs! And too all the newbie's, good luck on your journey!

With everything happening and still happening, my DH and I have stayed on plan! Not one cheat in 7 weeks! And my hubbie and I even started exercising.

Here's the stats for last week and this week:

1.8 pounds for a total of 26.2 pounds lost (I wasn't thrilled, bit it's a loss!)
5 pounds for a total of 31.2 pounds lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the stats for hubbie:

5 pounds for a total of 44.6 pounds lost
8 pounds for a total of 49.6 pounds lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again for your great posts and ideas that make this plan so doable!

Have a great day!

Way to go Toy and Hubby!!!!! Congratz on staying on program in spite of illness and chaos!!!! You two are doing GREAT!!!! I get a little jealous of my hubby dropping 5lbs+ per week (10lbs week before last and 6 this past week!) but in all honesty, I don't begrudge him that loss :) If we all keep up at this rate, wives and hubbies should make goal weigh around the same time! Isn't that great!?

Congratulations!!

Isn't it a little annoying how men can lose so much easier than us? LOL

Since I've been on Medifast I haven't bought any junk food from the store and I have been cooking healthier for my hubby and older son and hubby has lost like 15 pounds already! He is getting a little more exercise at work though cause he changed mail routes but some of it is the no junk food and healthy dinners. :)

Sucks though cause he still weighs less than me! He wouldn't if he didn't lose! LOL
