20# Club Please!

Hi All,

It's been 4 weeks and I'm so happy with this program. I've lost another 3.8 pounds bringing my total to 21.6 pounds lost. My husband lost 6.2 pounds, which brings his 4 week total to 32 pounds lost.

Again, I want to offer my thanks to my Medifast family for all your support, advice, encouragement and great recipes!

We reached 20 pound club on the same day!!! YAY! It does feel great!
