Hehe gratz Ron,

The first 10 pounds are a great start, bringing actually motivation. 20 pounds mark will mean it "works", and 30 pounds will mean that you are really sticking to the plan :D :D

Just a piece of advice though, read on exercise because too much exercise will actually slow down your weight loss. Also be aware that beginnning exercise will temporarily stall your weight for body balancing purposes (it's temporary).

Questions, just ask us :D

Awesome job!!!

About the bike -- I now have that song, "I want to ride my Bicycle" stuck in my head. Totally my fault cause my head does silly things like that but you were the inspiration.

Second -- I tried to ride some this summer and since I would like to be married, have kids some day along with walking again, I went out and bought the biggest and most coushie seat for my tooshie!

Beware of the seat -- it can be a killer!

Woo Hoo to TEN BIG ONES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep at it Evie and you'll be at goal very soon!

Big Ron will be ridin' high and so will you - you MakeMeThinner kids won't even need a bike - you'll be high on life in the THIN lane!

Keep on keepin' on, Ron and Evie and everyone else!

Evie- no I havent been to Sturgis but it it something that I want to do sometime. I have only been to Rallies around Texas. The problem with rallies is one of the past times is drinking beer which I dont think fits into our plan :x I will be drinking plenty of water this year. :easyrider:
