Shellster, it may sound abstract... I don't know what kind of food life you led before Medifast, but if you were like me and ate anything without really thinking (that is, gaining weight)...
You lost 10 pounds + 5 others you would surely have gained would you not be in the plan. So that makes an "abstract" number of 15 pounds not in your body at the current moment

Went to 150, then began gym to build some muscle; currently 173.8! (Need to cut some fat)
