That is the coolest thing! Keep up the great work! I have twice as much as you to loose, so it's a real inspiration seeing people stick with MF as long as you have. I now know it's possible for me, it's just a matter of time.

Diet Diva,

Thank you for responding so honestly to our questions. I'm so glad that you turned the painful yoga experience into something healthy and also I'm glad that it never stopped you from finding someone who WOULD help you. It's like that scene in Pretty Woman when she gets all glammed up and goes back to the store with the rude clerks who wouldn't wait on her and gets to say "Big mistake, HUGE!"

Anyway, I'm going to continue to ask for pictures because really the transformation must be absolutely amazing! :yippee: Congrats again, and thanks for motivating the rest of us too!

hi diet diva

i am late in posting to your topic and am really happy that i found it. you are a true inspiration. 100# is my goal and seeing what you have accomplished and your attitude about it makes me think anything is possible. i loved your post about life not being a dress rehearsal and your deciding to choose this path instead of letting food choose and a heavy, unhealthy body choose you.

thank you for being on this forum and sharing your success with all of us! i am very excited now about what is in store for me with medifast and reaching my goal!!

thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
