Well, it's only taken me 2.5 months to lose these last 10lbs (going on and off plan for weddings, vacations, weekends away...etc.) so they are some good hard won pounds, but I have finally arrived at the 50lb club. I can't believe I'm here!!!

Although my ticker says I'm near the end, I'm really only near the end of my first goal. I would like to add another 30-40lbs on to my first 55, so I'm still going to keep going. There is more work that needs to be done here folks. The –55lbs was a good figure for me since that would take me back to my pre-children weight which I haven't seen in over 5 years.

So I'm crawling towards that –55lb goal and I know I'm going off plan again here for about 6+ days. So I have to be good and patient and hopefully that goal will be MET by Halloween.

great job. we're all proud of you. you're getting ready to maintain the weight loss. just think of going off the plan as keeping your weight off even though you're back to eating normal food...less carbs and smaller portions. don't overdo it. good luck
