20# Club and on a roll !

Got on the scale this morning and woke up the house when I saw the number settle in. 20 down, 118 to go. The next goal is the 30# club and while I know that this initial loss rate is going to slow down, I'm still very happy to see how far I've come in such a short perios of time. I continue to be amazed how well MF works and how easy it is to stay on track.

Am I doing the math right? 11 days and -20 lbs? Wow! That is incredible.

Frankly, I would have woken up the entire neighborhood! Way to go -- clearly you are shaking it up!

Thanks to all for the kind words. I am so pumped to get it done this time around. Like most if not all of us, I've lost the same pounds over and over again. I've made a commitment to myself to make this the last time that I'll have to do this and also the commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle.

FANNNNNNNNNNTABULOUS!!! I never had that kind of loss.....I'm a slow losing diabetic.........but every pound counts and those big losses will keep you going when it slows I hope. Keep up the awesome work!
