Woo hoo! Just 1/2 more lb. and I'll be in the 20 lb club!!! I think once I get over this mental hurdle (the 20 lbs I never in a million years thought I could lose) things will pick up. Anyone else notice that?

Oh yeah! I've said before that ten pounds at the beginning of a diet is nothing -- I can gain or lose ten pounds without even thinking about it much. 20 pounds, though, that's something. That's the point where I begin to think that this is really going to work, that it isn't just something that can do a little bit here or there and then quit.

Congratulations on almost being at the 20 pound mark!

Seaside-

Congrats on 19.5 pounds! I agree that the 20 pound mark is very significant in our weight loss journey. You are doing great & will be joining the 20 pound club very soon.

Hey, Seaside!

 How about a haircut and toenail trim?

Your  scale is just messin' with you - because it can!

This is your week to wave  good-bye to two bags of flour. Betcha it's a lot easier to climb the stairs now.

Thanks everyone!! Losing those "two bags of flour" has really made a difference! By the time I'm done, I'll have lost enough "flour" to open up a bakery!!!
