Cliche photo alert

Postby bdg » December 17th, 2006, 8:28 pm

Here is my submission for the Cliche photo award. It is me wearing my jeans (size 60) that I was wearing when I started the program. I am now wearing size 38's (and am wearing them under the 60s). Funny thing is Joelie and I can both fit in these jeans together. (Mind out of the gutter Unca) ;)

Wow...I don't care how cliche it is, people can be inspired by this if they weighed as much as you! I am going to have to pull out my size 48's (I am now wearing size 34's) and see how they look! I put on my size 4X shirt one day and it was crazy to think that it was tight on me!! You are doing great!

we actually DID both climb in together. it was HILARIOUS! hard to keep balance and we couldn't get a picture since Brian doesn't have a remote control for his camera. BUT...we're taking his jeans with us this weekend and will have a family member take the picture for us. ;)

Wow, okay. I am a little sensitive and I am easily touched sometimes, but, I have to say, this is so beautiful and makes me almost want to cry.

Brian, you are amazing and such an inspiration and I am just so happy that you (and Joelie) made the decision to go MFing. It honestly gives me so much faith in the power of Life that truly is within each of us. And it shows me that no matter what, even if we have let ourselves drift a little bit (or sometimes even a lot), we can be successfully reeled back in by the call of life itself.

Thanks for sharing this photo :).

Cheers,
Karli

I'm saving my size 22 jeans for a cool after pic. My cute little girl thinks we should take a pic with me and my hubby both in my pants. She loves pics like that.

Thanks everyone. We are both happy and proud, and are glad that these pics have inspired, best of all they have inspired me too. This forum inspires daily. This will be a remarkably different Christmas this year with my family's weight loss of over 500lbs, we all look different and feel great. With that I say I wish everyone here all the best in your Christmas celebrations and hope that you have much success in continuing your program!
