Thanks for checking in on me girl:+))...nothing outstanding to report...just rolling along..lol! I HAVE lost 11 pounds since i started on Nov.12th...hope that's good!

Heyyyy Katie!!...thank you:+) I'm doing ok otherwise...just still trudging on..lol! I've lost another 3 pounds so i'm down 14lbs. now
i still think that's slow going tho!

WELL..4 days into the New Year and doing GREAT ....however, i DID have a few temptations during the old year which i yeilded a little to, but nothing to throw me totally OFF track thank God...TOTALLY compliant now and steadily losing
Hoping everyone else is moving along successfully on there journey too!!
