CHINA: Now on to me..i have gained 2 frig'n pounds:+(..strayed off plan but it was my OWN fault cuz i didn't take along enough supplements, plus i wasn't driking the amount of water i was suppose to. Didn't think i was staying that long. Seems like i took 2 steps forward and 4 steps backwards..lol!...but i'm back on plan now and i'll get that ole 2 pounds off again:+)


CHINA, You are back on plan again and that is the important thing. Won't be long til you tell us that those ole 2 pounds are gone.
Could have been a lot worse, so you must have done some things right!
I will surely have Errin in my thoughts and prayers for a successful therapy and complete healing.
We have missed you, and so glad you are back again.

Sorry to read that Erin's vision hasn't improved and I hope the GGInfusion theraphy works well for her.

That ole' 2# will be gone soon!

Oh Chynna ... I am so sad for you that Errin hasn't shown more improvement. Hopefully this new treatment will provide the desired results. You and Errin continue to be in my prayers as are the doctors and nurses treating her. I'm glad you have such strong faith in God -- after all, "God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble" (Psalm 43:1). Blessings ...

Thank you Mz Liz, Tawanda, and Mary for your comforting words and encouragement..i needed that. Today has been alright, not great but alright emotionally, but i KNOW tomorrow will be better..i'm owning that statement:+) it has been kind of hard to stay focused on the program, but again, i KNOW this too shall pass.

Hopefully tomorrow i'll be able to be more positive in my thinking.

Thank you Tawanda..i'm trying hard to remember:+)...and that's alright about mispelling Errin's name...ALOT of people do..lol!..and sometimes even with an "A"

Chynna: I hope and pray that this new treatment works for your daughter. And you know..so you gained 2 pounds...life happens..we just pick ourselves up and continue on. Sometimes it can't be helped. Look at me - I was hoping to reach goal August or September - I have missed 3 weeks of progress - but we just start again.

Taking a rest break from mowing the lawn, putting mulch down, and planting flowers to say HELLO to you! I've been out there since 1:00pm and it is now 4:40pm..whew! I tell'ya, i'm really getting a good workout...sweat is just dripping off me big time..lol!..i even feel SLIMMER:+))

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the day.

Errin goes for an MRI tomorrow, so after that i guess they'll know how to further proceed. Thank you Suzy for your prayers. I'm keeping myself occupied as much as i can...it's good not worrying therapy.

Ok, i'm off again...have choir rehersal tonight. Take good care of yourselves everyone:+)

Hi Chynna - I hope you receive positive news from the MRI.

Keep up the good work exercising and all...I have yet to plant my flowers this year - I will wait a few more weeks -possibly - I just hate if there is a late spring frost and I lose my flowers. That happened to me one year when I planted them on Memorial Day. Happy gardening....
