Good day today!..no loss, no gain :-P

Gearing up for tomorrow..Lord help me to stay somewhat compliant...can't lie about being TOTALLY compliant...i'll pay for it i know. Everyone, have a very Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Dont way yourself everyday... You are going to drive yourself crazy.... It is weird if i way myself everyday and dont lose anything or do lose something small. Even though at the end of the week i will still lose like 3.5# it would make me mad. Now when I step on the scale once a week i get excited seing that big loss

I won't get on the scale anymore until next Thursday!
