I hope you are doing those exercises since you have dubbed yourself the exercise warden! I didn't get any in yesterday, but I did my 100's today.

Oh Mare, that is the SWEETEST card my dear friend:+) and i came just in time cuz i FELL going UP the stairs to bed last night and landed at the bottom on my side and NOW i have great BIG bruise on my right thigh:+(..and guess what? Lou had already gone to bed and did NOT hear me fall, so luckily after laying there for about 7 minutes i managed to get myself up and UP the steps again..i was so SORE all ver ALL day long today, or must i say yesterday since it's after 12midnight here...needless to say OC, Ritzee, and Doni, i lost the little bundle of joy..so no little Erica on the way anymore:+(..i was SO looking forward to a lil' Erica in 4 months...was EVEN gonna send you a plane ticket to come hold my hand while i delivered cuz the doctor said she might'a been a 9 or 10 POUNDER...i WON'T be trying again:+(...NOW everyone knows the TRUTH!

Bren WOW, i didn't know you called me?..i haven't had my phone with me lately, plus it wasn't charged...sorry i missed you! You're doing WONDERFUL with those exercises girl:+)...i think it'll be a coupla days before i can do anything now, BUT fear not, i'll be right back on'it!!

I didn't get a chance to get over to to roll call to see all the losses, but CONGRAT'S to EVERYONE who shedded those pounds never to be seen AGAIN!

Ok guys, going to take a Motrin and go to bed..will be back tomorrow!

Oh Kell, thank you so much:+) I'm still feeling it a bit today but not AS bad. i'm gonna go sit in some epsom salt water in a while so that should help some..sure hope so. Hope you are doing alright today yourself! Thanks for coming by:+)

DONI DONI HOLD ON NOW girl...your sympathy almost had me in tears too, annnnd i SINCERELY thank you, BUT the WHOLE thing wasn't true just'a prank..SOMEBODY was a lit'TLE bit MISCHIEVIOUS and thought they'd have some FUN making THIS gra'ma PREGGERS...but this gra'ma ain't even got'a CARRIAGE :roll:
