Chunky-Oaty-Fruit-Berry Cookies :)

Postby cthrn007 » March 15th, 2005, 8:11 pm

Do you think this is legal because I am impressed with myself!!

I just took 2 MF Fruit Berry Oatmeals and doubled the recipe for the Oatmeal Cookies (added 1 Tbs. Sugar Free Caramel Davinci)... let it set in the fridge for a bit. Then ... before baking I Chopped one MF Fruit/Berry Granola Bar into tiny bits and divided it up on top of the 12 cookies and baked 11 mins.

Oh my goodness are they good!!! :yippee: I have eaten the regular Oatmeal Cookies about 50 times but these were like Medifast GirlScout Cookies!!

I divided into baggies 3 servings (4 cookies each) since it is 2 packets of MF Oatmeal and 1 Bar....

Is there anything wrong with this?? If not, I am on a mission to try some kinda cookie with a Chocolate MF bar!

Let me know whatcha think!?! :chef:

Shake it like ya mean it!!

Sounds legal to me.

Now I'm going to have to order that flavor oatmeal so that I can try it too!

I am not even going to attempt any of these until transition/maintenance as it will throw me right over the edge of insanity - but keep them coming! I will be anxious for some low cal/legal deserts when I am back to regular food! :-P

These sound very good! This is the right kind of thinking for maintenance, too - healthy low fat, low calorie meals are the key to weight maintenance.
