In honor of Chinese New Year...my friend Leanne Edwards shared her recipe for Chow Mein with us

1 packet Medifast Chicken Noodle Soup6-10 oz. Hot Water
9 3-inch Celery Sticks, chopped into small pieces
1 packet Savory Beef or Delicate Chicken Fast Soup or 1 tsp of Bouillon
1-2 tsp. Soy Sauce

Prepare Chicken Noodle soup with 4 to 6 oz. of hot water, as directed on the box.
Let steep. (Allow the noodles and chicken to come back to life!)

Prepare Fast Soup or bouillon with 2 to 4 oz. of hot water.
Add celery to fast soup or bouillon and cook for 2 minutes.

Combine the two soups and add soy sauce.
