Just thought of this and wondered if it would work. Take a packet of brown sugar oatmeal, mix with water and press evenly in a small pie pan or a few tartlet pans. Bake this in the oven until brown and crispy. Than take a packet of chocolate pudding, add a little gelatin and splenda. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the pie shell(s). Chill in the fridge. Add a little cool whip and you have chocolate cream pie. Yum!!
