Chocolate Cookie

I was craving chocolate earlier so I made my usual cookie, but added 2T of Walden Farms chocolate syrup with just a tiny bit of water since the chocolate syrup adds moisture. It cooked up nice and thick and was moist and chocolatey in the center (like a brownie). :chef:

Sounds yummy!! Do you use the bars? I don't use bars everyday, so when I crave chocolate I have a bar as one of my meals. It works out pretty well...especially the chocolate divine - it has fewer calories and carbs than the chocolate caramel.

Nat,
I do use the bars. They are really good. Since we can't have more than 1 a day, I make the cookies to help satisfy my sweet tooth and urge to chew. Since I started making the cookies and they're coming out really good, I eat them instead of having it in oatmeal form. Plus they are convenient to take with me if I'm on the go. I just pop them in a zip lock bag and go or I have my soft lunch box cooler. I put a flat ice block in it and throw some RTD's in it and go.

What flavor of oatmeal did you add the choco syrup to? Great idea.

I use the vanilla berry because the flavor is so bland, that you can mix anything with it and it doesn't interfere with the new flavor. And having the little berries in it adds substance to the cookie no matter what flavor you make with it.
