where I can get this? and some crackers....

Maybe it's strange but I rather snack on salty than sweet stuff.

Sorry if i am misundersanding your question...but, chicken bouillion can be purchased in your regular grocery store. The chicken noodle soup can be purchased thru your health advisor or the tsfl website. Many people add some bouillion to the soup for extra flavor.

Now as for the rest...POPCORN ~ definitely no.
Crackers ~ regular crackers, NOPE! medifast offers crackers but i think they should only be used during maintenance. Don't wanna throw yourself outta ketosis. Someone please correct me if i am wrong.

So the only salty things i can really suggest are pickles or olives ( i think olives are allowed) but definitely pickles. check your start up booklet or search around on the forum for a link to the quick start guide. Sorry, i don't have a link for you. Hope this helps and good luck.

hmmm that means I can have bouillon ( cubes or from the jar) like this one
http://www.amazon.com/Knorr-Chicken-Bou ... B000LRG0GK
in a cup with nothing just water added?
That would be great, I just want to be sure that this is OK.

no popcorn, crackers- OK, I'll manage with pickles and bouillon

what about sourcraut?

Thanx again for great help :)

Okay, let me head this one off ;)

You may have bouillon, but make sure its low carb. SOme have more carbs than others believe it or not.

As for the fast soups, those are normally available as a Medifast snack, and are especially good for leg cramps due to the high potassium level. They do count as your 1 snack for the day. The problem right now is that they are COMPLETELY out of stock for the fast soups. We received notifications that they were out of the chicken and the beef fast soups over a month ago and we received notification about a week ago that they were out of the tomato fast soup.
Does this mean that they are discontinuing them.... that I don't know.

For bouillon we use the stuff from Costco in the little white tubs. Just about 1/2 teaspoon is plenty.

Hope this helps.
