I've read several posts where people are using cheese for their lean & green meal. How much can we use? Can we use it every day? What kind of cheese?
Also, is there a link to somewhere where it shows you exactly what kind of leans and greens you can have. I know the quick start has some listed already but a lot of other veggies are not on it. The medifast website has a link to more leans and greens but they don't seem to be there anymore.
