i just wanted to check in --Its been a hard two weeks one of my oldest and best friends died on Thursday of Cancer--she has had for nine years and we thought she had the Battle won but two weeks ago she was teaching and clasped in her class room they took her to the Hospital and the Cancer had came back they took her to MD Anderson in Houston it was to late--Its been very hard for me I have tried to do what I can for her family--stay strong but its hard the services will be tomorrow---I have known her all my life--she was the maid of honor at my wedding--- she always had a smile on her face- there are four of use that have stayed close over the years--we have had out town shopping trips we tried to do some thing at least once are twice a year--we talked once a week--its hard to think I can't pick up the phone and call her--she supported me every step of the way on Medi-Fast --She wanted me to be healthy she has never had weight problem--but when we went out to eat she ate lean and green---Please pray for her Family--sorry this was long
