Good Morning, All - I wanted to check back in and be accountable. Got off plan for 2 days - proving to myself that MF is NOT what is causing me to have vertigo. Still not sure what it is, but I'm back on program this morning. Got my 2nd order yesterday, included soups, oatmeal and RTD in this one. The first was strictly shakes and bars - not enough variety for me. The Oatmeal is good!
All of you are such an inspiration! DeDe - we're the same height and have about the same goal. I would love to have a buddy to go through this journey with - anybody??
I have to admit I'm still thinking to myself that it won't work for me - I've failed so many times but I sure would like to prove myself wrong! The weight that I've lost was with WW over 2 years and just have been stuck - so I decided to try this.
