I've been back from my step-son's wedding since Monday night. I had lots of laundry and family stuff to attend to, so I didn't check in. I have kept up with your posts this week and I must say that you all are the best! You are so supportive and so inspirational -- YOU ROCK!!!
The wedding was beautiful and the expected rain (it was an outdoor ceremony) held off until the next morning!
I have a confession -- I did stray from my Medigrub for 2 meals. I tried really hard to stay compliant, but it was tough. I did try to make better choices -- no breads, low fat, and good quality proteins. It was also very difficult to get all of my water in -- I DETEST public bathrooms. So much so that once I actually held my bladder on a Greyhound bus from outside of Philly to Pittsburgh (a Loooooong bus ride ). My mom always told me that I was going to have problems when I got older -- hopefully, she'll have been wrong about that!
I am back on track full steam ahead and feeling great. My little detour is over and done and I'm as determined as before...
When I weighed myself on Tuesday morning, I had gained 1 pound. I figure that was water weight because it was off by Wednesday. I'm still holding at 25 pounds loss.
I have added exercise in to my daily morning routine. I used to exercise 5 to 6 days weekly until last summer when we moved. I really missed it, but always seemed to put it off. It may slow my loss a little, but I would really like to get back into shape cardio and muscle-wise. I've gotten so I like a slight muscle definition and I want to get that started so that when I get to goal, that cellulite will be gone and I'll see a fit me!
