It has been AWHILE since I last logged in. I have been working the program (although not 100% compliant). I have held fast at the 212.6 mark for a straight four weeks. Nancy gave me some tips, and I realized that I was not drinking enough water, since now I am exercising too.
Finally, I made it down to 210! Yeah! I am so excited. I know I still have a long way to go, but I am officially down 20 pounds.
I started in mid-June. So, not bad. At least it's not 20 pounds up!
I am going to work harder to get in more water, and stick with the program. I got in my smaller jeans this morning, and can move and breath! Amazing!
So here's to 20 pounds down, and bit more to go!
