OK Everyone ... I finally got up the nerve to post pics!! :shock:

The first one is from November 2005 when we went to Disney in Florida (thats my youngest son with me). I was 224lbs in this picture (same weight as when I started MF in March 2006).

The second picture is from vacation in Hilton Head, SC this July. Funny, but thats the SAME son with me! Cool how he GREW and I SHRUNK! :lol:

I was at 197.5 in this picture (and I cheated on vacation and went up to 202.5 :( )

But ...I'M BAAAACCKK!!!!!!!!!! 100% on plan and proud of it!

Hopefully I'll have more ONEderful ONEderland pictures to post soon.

You all know that losing weight is not the easiest thing to do ... but this IS the most successful program on the market ... and what a support group! :goteam:

I just turned 49 on August 8th :birthday:
(...hey ~ they say that 50 is the "new" 30 ... does that make me the "new" 29??) I am determine NOT to be a fat 50 next year!

I see what all of you have done and am confident that I can make my goal by next August :whoohoo:
