Holloween was hard! Yikes, and Thankgiving and Christmas is sure to be harder. I will survive though!

Vacation is officially over and I didn't loose a lb or gain a pound so I will count it as a success. My weigh in is on Friday morning so hopefully I will loose a pound before then :o). I am not shooting for more than that because i have a midterm on Sat and the whole catching up around the house thing that is distracting me from lots of exercise.

I had my weigh in today and I lost 1.8 lbs of fat! Cool, I am right on track.

I felt sick after gettng off the plane and I still feel sick.....I am off to the medicine cabinet....

I fell of the wagon due to crazy hormones (aunt Flo) and midterm stress!!!! Crap! :x

I am paying for it today. I am soo out of ketosis and starving! I hope to break even on Friday.

It was sooo not worth it. I am still so very tired and feel sick.

OH well, the midterm is over and I have today and the next two days to be good and maybe that with prayer will make Friday's weigh in bearable! :roll:

I didn't fall off the wagon but definitely have raging hormones!!! My dreaded aunt came this morning to visit and brought 1.2 pounds which puts me right back at ticker weight!

Okay so weight in was today and I weight the exact same as last week but fat% moved in a bad way.

I will focus on the positive and just say thank goodness I maintained.

Steph and I are in a small rut. I think I'll post in the weight room for advise...

Aloha,

I had another day of semi-compliancy. A thought just occured to me. From now on I will say exactly what went down for the day in this journal. I think knowing I will do that will make me more aware of what I put in my mouth and when. I really could use that extra level of accountbility.

Today:
9am woke up
10am MF bar and cofee with ??? amt of cream (I will measure tomorrow)
11am MF snack
12pm I spoonful of PB
1pm diet root beer
2pm small starbucks coffee with ??? cream and a large 24oz water
5pm sushi bar, small green salad (1 cup), raw tuna (3oz), raw salmon(3oz), fried octopus/squid( :( small small amount 4 oz), scallops (1oz). If I knew i would be writing this down, I wouldn't have ate the fried octopus! :| 3 bites tofu with shoyu.
6pm starbucks small coffee with cream.

Exercise: nothing unless you count shopping with a baby on one arm at all times and intensive house cleaning, which I don't.

OKAY SEE HOW SUCKY I AM AT THIS DIET! GEEZ! I had 2 MF meals, 2 snacks, and a not so great dinner. OH WELL, THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW....

Oh, on a side note, my sister surprised me after dinner by treating me to a professional spray tan! It's sooooo cool! I got the darkest they gave and had them spray my face twice! Alas I am not pastey! Most people do it naket but I am too shy for that so I kept the underwear on and the tan lines are hilarious!!!! Too bad it only lasts a week!

Okay today I had....

9am bar and coffee with 2tbsp cream
12pm shake
2pm pudding two bites of lean steak ( I cooked it for the fam)
3pm 1/2 coffee with 1 tbsp cream
5pm cold ginger (5oz) chicken and bok choy and hot tea, glass water
6pm coffee with 2tbsp cream and 24oz water
730pm pudding

WhooHoo! not bad! It's now 8pm and i haven't had my snack yet (yippee) and I have one more MF meal to go (easy) I had no idea I was so good today!

The cream thing was easy to fix :D . My water situation is bad. I will drink 3 more at least by the end of today. I am sooo happy to have my snack left!!!! :lol: I love snack! :lol:

I ordered a chinese chix salad at first at the restaurant because it wasn't breaded and the dressing was rice vinegar based and sparse. Well, this restaurant was not traditional and there was mayo in it! What???IN chineese chix salad? No way. Then they sprinkled waton crutons all over (that was my bad, that's how it always come, I fogot to say hold those) So, I just decided to pack it for my husband to eat later and I ordered something else. :mrgreen:

Journaling this is really what I needed to keep honest! I love this new direction I am going!

WOW! That was great that you didn't just say "What the hell!" and eat it any way. Shows strength, resolve and committment! You should be very proud of yourself!

Yeah Biki, the journaling really helped there. I wasn't about to say in my journal that i ate a salad full of mayo.

OH, and I am down 1.6 today! I love MF when I follow plan--it works!

Sounds like you are right on track again. Just remember to watch having that bar first thing in the AM. MF suggests not having it first or last because of the sugar/carb.

You should be very proud that you were able to reevaluate the salad situation and not fold on it. Great job!

Good for you for passing on the questionable salad! When I was logging my every meal in my journal it was soooooooooooooooo helpful!!! I still log it every day but I do it offline - I was doing it both places before. Since I don't snack and I only have MF meals it was getting petty boring to post, lol. I did find it helpful though to go back and read over my noted/thoughts when I hit a dry spell. I hope it continues to work for you. Congrats for working the plan and on the fast results it showed you!!
