I had another day of semi-compliancy. A thought just occured to me. From now on I will say exactly what went down for the day in this journal. I think knowing I will do that will make me more aware of what I put in my mouth and when. I really could use that extra level of accountbility.
Today:
9am woke up
10am MF bar and cofee with ??? amt of cream (I will measure tomorrow)
11am MF snack
12pm I spoonful of PB
1pm diet root beer
2pm small starbucks coffee with ??? cream and a large 24oz water
5pm sushi bar, small green salad (1 cup), raw tuna (3oz), raw salmon(3oz), fried octopus/squid(
small small amount 4 oz), scallops (1oz). If I knew i would be writing this down, I wouldn't have ate the fried octopus!
3 bites tofu with shoyu.
6pm starbucks small coffee with cream.
Exercise: nothing unless you count shopping with a baby on one arm at all times and intensive house cleaning, which I don't.
OKAY SEE HOW SUCKY I AM AT THIS DIET! GEEZ! I had 2 MF meals, 2 snacks, and a not so great dinner. OH WELL, THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW....
Oh, on a side note, my sister surprised me after dinner by treating me to a professional spray tan! It's sooooo cool! I got the darkest they gave and had them spray my face twice! Alas I am not pastey! Most people do it naket but I am too shy for that so I kept the underwear on and the tan lines are hilarious!!!! Too bad it only lasts a week!
