Why thank you, and may I say yours is super cute as well ;)
I did not realize that halfway mark was so close, geez I can totally do what I just did again! I just have to keep thinking to myself that it wont happen overnight but by this time next year I can be fit and confident or I can be the same, it's up to me now.

Thanks for pointing that out!

:D Thank you!

When Steph and I get together, we do what I have done since I was in high school. We do a photo shoot. Ya' see, we never ever like how our pictures look :x so we get all gussied up with the kids and go on location (the park) or make a set in the house and snap about 1,000 or so pictures. Of those we figure we would like about 2% of them and the rest :aarggh: will show our extra chins or lack of jaw line or the baby is making a funny face. It's quite an exhausting yet fun activity.

I strongly suggest the going on location to the park activity. All the green grass and bright colored play equipment make for great pictures!!!

I agree with SoJo about Land's End suits. I have gotten 3 from there over the years but my favorite is a 2 piece that looks like short shorts and a tank top. It is swimming shorts and a tankini top. It looks sporty but hides my flaws. Last time I was on vacation I saw lots of people wearing suits like that and most of them were young women. It gives you the freedom to do anything in it - really swim, beach volleyball, walking (without having to tug it down to cover your cheeks every 3 steps!), etc.

This time of year Land's End usually has suits on sale too.

Linda

Thanks! I dropped by the mall today to get my 30# reward for myself ( a bar of expensive soap from Lush) :trophy: and check out Land's End swimsuits at sears  On clearance they are at the very least 35 bucks a piece for the two piece suits! I guess it's a hawaii thing. Anyway, the suits look good. They look like they may do the trick. I was with the babies so trying on suits was not an option, but they look promising!!! When I hit my 40# goal I will make a new Land's end suit my reward! Thanks for the tip!

Hey-

Sears is having a major clearance thing here in Orlando. Dont know if they have it going on in Hawaii. Everything on sale is an additional 90% off so I can prob get a suit for you for under $10. There are only a few left, not sure in your size, but I will go back this weekend to see if I can get you one. Check our Sears in Hawaii....

Thanks Steph,

I love the suit you picked for me last month--it's just too sexy right now. When I am down 20 more lbs hopfully I'll drop a cup size and feel less self-contious. I love your taste so, please do look for me!

I finally went to see my dietitian today. I have been avoiding a visit :couch: because I feel off program and gained a few pounds.... but since I was back on track I gave her a visit.

According to her scale I am 161.2 which is soooo cool. I am not going to record that one because i have been using my home scale that this morning says I am 163  .

My Fat% was 43.2 at starting but is now 34.5% !!! The desirable range for me is 21-33% so I am 1.5% from desirable ;) !!!!!

What else...humm...my fat mass has gone from 83.3 to 57.0! That is 26.3 lbs of fat gone--just fat!

I use to call her irregularly for a weigh in but now we have a date every Friday morning to keep me accountable (well, even more accountable)

She gave me a free crab soup and it was pretty good. :chef: I like it just as much as the other soups I like, C noodle, C wild rice, broc....

Hope everyone else is having a good day! Keep on keepin' on! :yeah:

Yesteday was my first day of exercise and it was great. I did the treadmill for 30 mins at an elevation of 10. My trainer before my wedding was awesome because she had me do things I would have not done myself, like set the treadmill at elevation 10. If you up the elevation you don't have to go as fast and not going as fast means not as much gigglings!

Then after enjoying my great music on the treadmill I jumped into the pool then jacuzzi in my gym. It was great! Going back to the gym was going to visit an old friend. I am so glad to get exercise back into my life. Diet never changed my energy level with my baby as exercise did. I play better. :exercise:

Hope everyone else is doing good!

Alllooooha!

Today is yet another great  MF  day! Yesterday, Steph called me up to report that she can zip up her goal dress!!!! I bought her family matching aloha gear to wear for a family christmas picture. I got her a really large dress just to make sure it fit but lo' and behold, the zippers were over 6 inches away from eachother. So, she decided, by December, that her goal was to make those zippers meet and she's on week 4, I think, and the zipper is up :hi5: !!!!

Also, sears is having a 90% off spring clothes clearance so I bought my next size down wardrobe & stephs for about 40 bucks! I mean 2 whole wardrobes!

Lastly, the icing on the cake...Aunt flo left and took 2 lbs with her!I am soooooo close to being under 160, which I haven't been under since my early 20s. OH boy oh boy!!!!

Oh what a beautiful morning! :D
