OH, and I have to mention my last NSV!!!!

During nursing orientation we had to get fitted for nursing uniforms and guess who is a small    !!!!!!!! Holy sh*% balls It's me! I am a size small! (in scrubs only mind you ;) )

That was a great feeling! Too bad they aren't operating room scrubs where they size is in big letters on the scrub  hehehehe

I am a cheapo and so I decided to go to the nursing club and buy used school uniforms (the money goes to charity and it's 1/5 the cose of new ones so...) Anyway, I was bummed to find that the nursing club only had 2 size XS scrub pants and the rest were large and XL. I tried on the XS and it wont go past the lowwer part of my but but I got them anyway! I have 2 regular small new ones for the mean time but darn it, I am going to fit those buggers by feb :weightlift: ! Just watch!!!

hey charity, glad you made it back, you had me worried for a minute there! Just my opinion on the tracker...you haven't been gone for too long, just change the weight to reflect any weight you have gained. Leave your start date as is. You struggled for a minute...SO WHAT! Consider it a brain fart; all that rain 2 wks ago drowned a few brain cells and wouldn't let you understand how great MF was for you! Have you still been going to your nutritionist? Hopefully, you are back full force.

Aloha!

Happy New Year to all! Last year was great! I got to stay home with my baby. What a treat. This year will not be so great in that respect. I have to start taking her to daycare tomorrow  I'm not readdy!

I have 26lbs to go before I reach goal and if I stay on track I am looking at reaching my goal in early April. That is my main New Year's resolution.

Another resolution is to drop my dh bloop pressure back to normal. I am cooking healthy him now. Less red meat, no chick skin, no yolks, etc.

I will be checking in more now that the holidays are over! Sorry I went MIA. oh, and steph is doing great. She inspired a friend in Florida to start today so even better!

Hey! So glad to see you back and to know that you're still on plan! Good luck in reaching goal this year - you're SO close! You will do it!!

I know its hard to take your child to daycare - I've been there. How blessed you were to stay home with her last year!! Just remember - she'll be fine. It's always harder on us Moms than on the little ones. And she'll still be well adjusted, etc etc because you'll remain her support and what's important in her life. Daycare will be a place to meet new friends and to play and to get love from others. I think that is sooo important and can add balance to a childs life. I was very blessed to find awesome in home daycare for my daughter - - it was almost an extension of family. She loved them and even fondly remembers them today. Anyway - good luck with it!!! I know its not an easy day one!

I'm glad to see you back! Good luck tomorrow, I'll be thinking of you!

Welcome back to posting! I don't have any children but can't imagine how hard it must be to hand one over, even in an ostensibly safe environment. Happy New Year!

I missed you! Thanks for stopping in at my place and the encouraging words. I know how hard it is to have to take your child to day care. Just remember to deal with those emotions in a healthy way and don't turn to food for the comfort. Maybe set aside some time just for the two of you - even if it is just an hour when you read to her or take her to a park. Just make sure you let her and yourself know that returning to work is the best thing right now, but that it isn't going to get in the way of spending quality time with her.

Well, all is great here in Hawaii. I am so pleased with life right now  It's just nippy enough to wear a light jacket and snuggle under a blanket at night and it's been this way for a few weeks. Nice.

Last week I bought a pair of jeans that were a size 9 that are sooo flattering. They are not tight size 9 but loose size 9
Me....Single didgits....somebody pinch me!

I also got my hair restraiten 4 days ago and I really waited a long time to get it done! I had these short bushy bangs that drove me nuts for months. Alas, it's strait and lovely and I am loving the mirror folks! ;)

After years of looking in the mirror and  sighing about how I let myself go, it's so great to look and be pleased. Even the stuff I don't like does not get me down because I think to myself, "Oh well, I am taking care of that and it will be gone soon."

To make things even greater, Steph started texting me this new year little pick me ups through the day and who wouldn't love that :stroll: ? Also, she got a friend to restart with her and she's doing well. Oh and Steph in in the 2teens!!!! She is less than 20lbs away from wonderland :bravo: .

Oh and I just finished reading Persuasion by the fantastic Jane Austen. I reread sections over and over and I have to say that the love letter at the end of that book is the  best love letter ever written in history  . Is anyone else out there in MF land an Austen nut like me?

Ah  , all is right in the world.

Hope everyone is doing as well
... off to sleep I go!

WOW! Size 9! Very impressive! I wish I were pleased with my hair right now. It thinned out while I was on Medifast. I didn't really mind because I have thick hair. But I have been off Medifast since the end of September and I have all of these short hairs that have grown back and they have the effect of makng my head look like a BUSH. I am going to get in for a haircut early Thursday if I can, before I meet the painter. Hopefully they can put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

IM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant wait! Today's weigh in was 218, which brings me for a total weight loss of 40 lbs! I love it!

I cannot say how many complimetns I get. Its way awesome. I also notice more attention from the men.. its kinds nice to be "re- noticed" again! I love my husband and would never cheat, but I have to admit, getting smiles and flirts makes me more confident. Is that crazy or what?

I'll have to post some pictures.... Miss Ya!
