Hello everyone. Well I love looking at other peoples pictures and seeing what a difference MF has made. It sure has given me encouragement to try this and stay with it. So I also finally decided to send in some pictures of me to be posted. So as soon as they are here take a look and let me no what you think. See a change???

The first one I am in a blue top I am on the beach this was taken just before i started MF in April of this year (06)

The next picture me in purple top is just this last weekend Aug 12, 06.

I have been on MF for 4 months have lost over 30 inches and have lost....
58 pounds so far and I feel great.. My goal is to lose another 40-50 pounds. I know now i can do it.

OMG! You lost darn near 60 pounds in 4 months, that is amazing!! And you look great!! Thanks for posting and for the inspiration.
