wow! lots of responses...
biki -- i missed you too! i am trying to catch up with everone, but after having been away so long, most of it will have to wait until tomorrow afternoon when they let us go home early -- saw your leopardization of DeDe and mike & diana (& allt he others!) you are too much!! i love it!! thanks for sticking with this forum! I learned the bad lesson of not being prepared last sunday at church, when I forgot my bar (i now have 2 in my purse!) and ended up eating the "goodies" (breads and cookies...).
dede -- i missed everyone! it is just way to easy to not get on the forum when life is busy, but i am making it a point to do each and every night (plus at lunch time every other week, when i relieve our receptionist). hope your poopies are doing good! Sounds like you are doing great still, even during the holidays -- you totally rock! i will be catching up on your journal as well ~
jl -- i know what you mean -- the hunger pangs are terrible when you get so spoiled by not having any while in ketosis! this is day 2 for me, so it will probably continue until tomorrow. i just keep drinking my water... and eating my bar as sloooowlllly as possible. i am already down 4 lbs from yesterday morning's weight and expect to be right back where i was pre-cheating, by Sunday roll call.
taan/deb -- welcome!!! as noted above, i am very far behind in everyone's journals, but will get to yours this weekend and read your story! this is really an awesome, easy program! and i am totally anal, so the bagging thing is PERFECT for me! i love organizing and "preparing" what day is this for you?
did not go car shopping yet... i am really dreading it ~ i will be going day after tomorrow. tomorrow i have to get a duplicate title made so i will have that ready, should i need it.
