wow -- i had NO idea how hard this was actually going to be! CVS finally got it together so i could get the cd and when i see myself -- YIKES!!! I am extremely embarassed! But now I am on MF and it will help me be healthier & happier, and actually care about how I look again!




added the pic i found on work intranet - in my leopard blouse (but gross) ~ i had no makeup, was not prepared for pictures

the puppy in the pic is my baby Dakota, a greyhound mix i rescued ~ keep waiting for me to start resembling her the way they say owners should

Sorry -- I sent them to Unca, but he may be in Sundance with Leopardess & Hubby ~ or maybe he is taking a weekend off -- what could he be thinking??? LOL !!!! Hopefully (??) he will post them soon - not sure I want everyone to really see how i look... but, too late now... and what better way to motivate myself?? i created a poster in my office at home with before pics & weights listed so i can see the progress -- think for Christmas I will buy myself a digital camera if I hit my goal!

A digital camera would make a GREAT Christmas present to yourself.
Taking monthly comparison pictures has been an incredible motivation to me personally.

Hi!

It was/is hard for all of us to post our before picture. I waited till I lost 37 lbs to post mine and it was still so hard. Just remember this will be the last time you will look like that in a photo. Medifast will work for you, you can do this.

Thanks all! And Kat, you are right... I was just thinking if I make Christmas goal (by christmas) ~ but you are right, it should be WHEN, because I can give myself a present any time! I need to remember that WHEN WHEN WHEN!!! Thanks Joelie -- I loved seeing your progress as you went along -- what a great way to motivate myself! It's amazing what doesn't show up after just a few weeks The other amazing thing is seeing how awful I look when I am just around the house!! I dress up for work and such, but around the house it was comfort only -- THAT has already changed! Comfort, but to look nice!

It was hard for me to post them too. I waited until I lost 20 pounds first. Now maybe if I get my butt in gear I will lose 20 more and post another picture!

It was hard for me, too. I waited till I'd lost enough that I knew I didn't look like that anymore. It was the only way I could stand to see them.

So good for you!! And know that you won't look like that for long.
