Thanks for the wonderful welcome!!!

I finally had a decent day! Per the suggestions I have received, I ate my protein at 5 (at work) when I started to feel really hungry.

Then at 6 I had my last MF shake. When I got home I had my Green at around 8.

I was fine for the rest of the nite. Of course I DID just bathe my daughter and hop in bed!

I was afraid that if I got out I would eat again. But, per the suggestions, I was planning on either having some decaf tea or another MF meal.

Somehow knowing that I can use another MF meal at nite made me feel less desperate and more hopeful.

Today I woke up feeling good about the whole process!!!

I am also trading off my Smore's and Lemon Bars with some Oatmeal for Shakes.....Now, I am confident that I can go on for the duration.

I still have soups, chili and other oatmeal to trade if any one is interested!

Sounds like your on track. These boards are so full of great advice and support. Just to sympathize, I also have to eat really frequently, every 2-2.5. Hot stuff when I'm hungry and later in th evening for that full feeling. I have also gone to bed to avoid eating but hey you need your sleep too! Whatever it takes. :mrgreen:
