olive oil, psyllium husks, stool softeners?
Look up laxative wikipedia on google and you'll find this page I just saw that not only mentions some of this stuff, but what each type of laxative helps with. (forming bulk, making the poo slide, etc).
When I am being compliant I don't go every day. I used to go multiple times a day. Sometimes I find that things are a little bit too hard and compact, and I could probably benefit from psyllium myself, but as long as things don't seem to get stuck anywhere I'm not likely to add another thing to my diet. I'm already swallowing four pills a day just between meds, vitamin b, and biotin. I would like to add flax oil capsules but it's another pill, and I imagine psyllium isn't super tasty.
