Thanks for the encouragement! The thing that MOST pleases me (as if anything since I started has not)...is that week 3's loss (8.4 pounds) was bigger than week 2's loss (8 pounds even). THAT fact amazes me as I ate more.
Anyway...I am eating all my supplements. Weekends I do 6/0 instead of 5/1 as I am NOT ready to handle facing REAL food on weekends when I have all that time on my hands to do damage.
At 55...carrying a bum leg courtesy of a long ago war (police action, I think they called it), my exercise is slim to none. Figure another 35 pound loss and I will start walking again. My loss is obviously NOT based on my ability to exercise.
I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!
