Can I start TODAY?

Postby sknychsr34 » January 4th, 2007, 2:38 pm

OK it's 1137am here in HI, I have been up for about two hours. I am HORRIBLE about eating breakfast so I have had nothing to eat except coffee with splenda and cream. Do you think I can start today or should I wait till tomorrow? I will probably go to bed around 1130-12 tonight so I think I can get all my MF meals in.....What do you all think? Today or tomorrow????

Thanks
Tracie

yes I am in R.I. originally from michigan, have lived here for 9 years.

Glad you are starting. Make sure you drink your water, and don't be suprised if you start to feel tired, or get a headache. it will pass in a few days. Then you will start to feel great.

Good luck and remember that there is always someone here to lend a hand if you need it.

So far so good, I had the beef stew for my next meal and I liked that but I thought it needed salt, I put just a tad in it and it was to much. So my stew was a bit salty! I'm on my 5th glass of water and gosh I have to pee every 10 minutes!!!! Im sick of going to the bathroom but oh well I can live with it.

Oh, better get used to that. Medifasters tend to wear a path in the floor running to the bathroom all day.

About that, Robin - or anybody - is it true that eventually your body will get used to the increased water intake and you won't have to go as often anymore? Or will I be rushing to the potty for the next six months?

I can say without a doubt, you get used to it and don't have to make way to the loo ALL the time, I started drinking my water 125 oz to get rady for medifast I thought I would lose weight just from the added exercise getting to and from  , funny now I am more like I was, but I drink a hundred times more water than I ever did...
