i don't know what the deal is, but lately when i eat a bar (no matter how slowly) i feel so full it's like i'm going to hurl. can we split a bar in half and make it 2 meals? it does have a lot more calories....

I don't think that would work. Each meal has a certain number of vitamins, which you would be missing by skipping a meal.

You could always replace the bar with another shake or something.

Or did you mean still eat the same amount for the day, just eat your bar in shifts? It's not technically OK, but I don't think it'd kill you.

Of course, you could just not have the bar and have something else instead.

You know what I do, have done many times actually.

I have half of the bar and make a hot chocolate or shake and drink half of that. Then, later on I finish it up. It is easy to re-heat or re-whip a shake. Sometimes I don't feel like having the whole shake, but I feel like having something chewy with it. It is easy enough cause I just put the drink it a water bottle and stick in back in the fridge.

I figure half and half equals the vitamin/supplemts per day count.

yeah, i was hoping to have 1/2 and 1/2. i just cannot believe how full and bloated they make me feel now. it's probably because you take in virtually no bulk on the complete fast. i just don't want to mess with anything now that the scale is finally moving....

but they have a place-- going out, etc.

Yeah, I don't think there would be a problem with that. It's no different than making "brownies" or other things that use multiple products.

I get bloated and (sorry) gassy after the bars. My tummy gets all rumbly usually.

I still have 'em, because you're right, they ARE convenient, but only when I need to have something portable and not refrigerated.
