So I have been on this fabulous diet Since January 27th And i have lost a total of 20.6# :whoohoo: :whoohoo: . I am in complete shock right now. I love this Board I love the people you are so supportive.

It would of taking me 2 1/2 months to lose this on ww. And also I went out to eat on Monday. I love it. I love it. I love it. I have gone down one full size and on top of that I am in an old pair of jeans that are loose on me.

Another benifit is My acid reflux is so much better. Everytime I get on that scale It makes me that much more motivated.

I love you all, and thanks for the great support.

Hi Katie,
Acid reflux was a big problem for me too. My best friend was a huge -- Costco size bottle of Tums. I hauled it around everywhere with me.
But now I have a new best friend -- well several actually -- new skinny clothes stores  And, I've not needed the Tums for soooo long that I just noticed the bottle is dusty!! The Tums will probably expire before they're used..

Congrats on your progress !!! Doesn't it feel great ?! Now that you're in the groove it'll only get easier to stay on track. I find that my behavior now is just as automatic on MF as it was when I was eating anything I could get my hands on. Eating or not eating is a habit and once learned, it's what you do. Stay in that groove and you WILL reach your goal sooner than you think
