Unca I was thinking it might be a good idea to make a sticky or something in the FAQ area or even in here with all the abreviations. I know I had questions when I started and then I have seen several others ask the same since. Maybe some ones we use here as well as typical internet ones.

NSV - Non scale victory
MF - Medifast
MMT - Make me thinner
TSFL - Take Shape for life
RTD - Ready to drink

Then the typical:

DH - Dear Husband
DW - Dear wife
AAMOI As A Matter Of Interest
AFAIK As far as I know
BRB Be right back
