Olives? Blk or green?? I love black olives in salads, w/ cooked veggies, etc... and i have some jalapeno stuffed green olives that i love to snack on every now and then, but since starting MF, i have been hesitant... can someone please let me know if olives (in small amounts?) are okay???!!! :idontknow: :question:

Olives are very high in fat. They are definitely not allowed.

Did you get a Quick Start guide when you ordered? If it's not in there, it's not allowed.

Thanks for posting the quick start guide. I tend to think of questions to look up when I'm away from my hard copy. having an electronic version will be very useful.
