can I have 2 MF meals??

Postby imagemd » September 4th, 2007, 4:51 pm

I still have 2 MF meals to get in. I just finished dinner. Can I have 2 at one time or should I just have 1 and skip the other?? Is it about getting them all in or getting them in spaced for blood sugar reasons??

Hi !
My experience is that you can have them together, but not all the time...It's important to get them all in so your body doesn't feel like your're starving it !

Hope this helps !

If you must, yes, but don't make it a habit. The other thing is if you have 2, try and make sure that they are lower carb options (like 2 shakes versus 2 hot cocoa).

Getting in 2 is best, just try to plan a little better next time. What I do every morning is write out a time table for all my supplements. Sometimes, even in my uneventful life, things get a little off. In the beginning, when I just decided just to skip a supplement, I was more prone to morning hunger, which I don't like and made me feel a bit out of control. I have never eaten off plan in the morning if I got in all my supplements the day before.
