Okay...week 2, here is what I am doing I only really have 1 concern, but if I am blowing it elsewhere, I hope someone sets me straight.
I do not do bars at all, 5 supp and 1 L&G, at least 64 oz water. 2 of my supps are shakes.
Now the iffy parts. I drink 2 cups of coffee per day, 1 tsp creamer and 1 spenda.
I use a sprinkle of cinn. and 1 splenda in oatmeal per day.
So, my use is 3 Splenda per day, and maybe a diet soda. Reality I get more than my 64 oz water in, but don't count it, as I consider the 2 coffees.
BTW I could live on the oatmeals for life. Back in the day, 3 shakes were advised, they changed that. Has anyone done really well on only 1 or 2 shakes per day?
