I calculate the calories everyday by going to the main Medifast site and then to 'MyMedifastdotcom. I am able to log in, my meals for the day, including the lean and green in weights and measures, and it calculates the calories for the day. It is a great tool for keeping check.
I average between 725-925 calories per day, doing the 5-1 plan. I am a slow loser and I am not sure whether it is just my metabolism or the low calorie count. But, I feel good, feel healthier, and I am losing weight, however slowly, and I am not about to upset the 'apple cart'!! I love this program! Also, I have MD approval for the program. Wishing you success, too!
