Calories and carbs?

How many calories and carbs and fat should the lean and green meal be?.

300 calories total. 10 carbs total. Right? Fat should be a sensible amount. It should be LEAN. That means no kielbasa! hehe You know what a lean choice is. One thing I just thought of was the sodium in a lean ham steak. :shock: Watch out for that!

If you follow the guidelines, though, you won't have to count. All foods aren't created equal, so you can't eat 10 carb grams' worth of candy and call it your "green" portion.

Sometimes I eat 5 oz's of Ribeye, or 5 oz of pork ribs and my salad or whatever, and it is cool. I live to lose. (Please laugh at my attempt to be cheesey!)
