caloriecounter dot com is a super little site. There are, they say, 1000 foods listed; listings include serving size, fat gr., calories, carb gr., protien gr., etc...
I find that their list makes keeping close track of L&G calories & carb grams do-able (well, for me anyway).
Can someone tell me the # of allowable carb grams per day? I have looked but cannot seem to find that particular # anywhere!
