Thanks for the kind words, guys! Yep, a medal is in order.

Jo, would you believe that we used to ski in Colorado and Taos, New Mexico and BJA claimed I was the "slowest snowplower" on the slopes! I really had it down pat.

It's great to reach this first (10#) and second(20#) goal, and soon I'll be celebrating reaching my third (30#) goal. So many of you have already reached several goals, and you are to be commended!

HOW GREAT YOU ALL ARE!

How could I even think of going off program with all of your support...We did go out and celebrate my 20 pound loss last night at Ryan' Steak House Buffett!

Now,don't worry. I knew exactly what I was going to have before we went---A lovely serving of baked salmon and cooked veggies. And I sipped coffee while the others dipped into the desserts.

I felt so righteous, knowing I was accountable to all of you! I was even down another half pound this morning!

Oh, Jan. I did not take measurements before I started, (wish I had!) figuring that my clothes would tell the tale. And so it has! I am into my next size or two down from my closet store. Later, as Bill says, when I reach goal," new clothes can come from a real store!"

No leash can tie me down! :whip:
