Blondeangel keep at it. There will be days when you feel like giving up, but the reward in the end is so much better if you keep at it. Think of the wow reaction from someone who has not seen you in a while. It will feel so good and empowering. :D

I so get it about the re-re-re-re- thing. I'm kind of there myself. After being completely compliant for three months I took a little break (for my birthday/anniversary) and have had trouble being totally on track ever since. It seems like there has been a shift in my willpower that I just can't quite seem to get ahold of. I'm SO frustrated! :x BUT it is a new day and this morning I have already had three glasses of water and my oatmeal (MF of course). I am soaking in all this fabulous encouragement from Biki and the gang too. I hope to "see" you often on the forum and read how you succeeded one day at a time.

Slimmin you're going through exactly what I was going through and it dawned on me that I just have to do it and that I won't let anything hold me back this time, my birthday is coming up the holiday's and New Years but you know what as long as I stay on plan and do my part in living a healthy life there will be many more to come and at this point in my life all I want is to be thin and healthy again. I have a marvelous husband and I have let myself down so many times and I get in such a rut that my will power starts to steer in the wrong direction. I know the feeling oh to well and that's not something I like to feel so therefore I won't be turning back it's now or never for me. It's just like a month or so ago a friend of my mom's had Lapband so my mom suggested that I start the testing and I started thinking to myself, she thinks I can't do it because I have let myself down so much everyone else who loves and cares for me is losing faith in my ability to reach my goal. So it took a few extra things (negative comments and such) to get my will power steering back in the right direction and a jump start to get me going again but i'm here and ready! I know if I can do it you can do it!

If you can just get a week or two completely on program I promise it will get so much easier. It will just be second nature and you won't be hungry and you'll just be so happy at the weight you're losing, you'll just gain more and more momentum! You can do it! Post as many times as you need to if you need to remind yourself. Forget those negative people and comments and make this about a healthier, thinner YOU!

Are you drinking all your water? If you don't have some water in front of you right now, go and get some.

I keep H2O with me at all times, and good thing about that is even if it's room temp I can drink it if I need to :-) I remember last time I was on the program successfully it became so second nature that I didn't even have to fight half the battle it was natural for me and I stopped craving things that weren't on plan. I just want to get to that point and get to my birthday so I can weigh in and be SUPER HAPPY

Okay well here I am day 5 and let me tell you day 4 was a MAJOR Challenge I was involved in a car accident on the way to work yesterday and was a complete wreck (literally :-) Well I'm off work today because I just feel so sore and like it would be useless for me to even attempt to feel okay and show up! I'm still on plan didn't really get in my water or all my supplements yesterday so that was a bummer but I'm alive and I do feel great MF Wise :-) I'm still waiting on the claim to go through the final process of getting the other person's statement, It was his fault as I was rear ended @ apprx 25-30mph and Thank the fairies and god's that I was wearing my seat belt and being cautious I was able to prevent rear ending the person in fron of me :-) I"m just going to take this day light and get all my supplements and water in today :-) Wish me luck

Sorry to hear about your accident :o and so glad to hear you're alright. :)

Those struggles in life oftentimes lead many of us to eat or overeat, way to stick to the plan. Why have two struggles today? A week/month from now you're going to look back on this acomplishment with pride and relief (if you haven't already. ;) )

Keep up the good work blonde!
