Okay, here are my horrible before pictures. Notice how I put my child in front, as if that twig could hide my fat butt!!!

I'm only submitting to this torture to keep me on the right track... Peer pressure for the better! :oops:

Don't beat yourself up - you are a gorgeous woman! But let me tell you from experience....... you may hate these pics now..... but they will be the best thing in a few months. I love showing my fat picture.... just makes me proud of what I have done!!

Hang in there and you'll soon be proud to post the "in progress" pics. Make sure you do that because you will become an inspiration to all of us Medifasters!!
