Too Funny

Postby KimKim » July 13th, 2006, 3:35 pm

Hi Accordian Chick,

I burst out laughing when I read your message, especially when I got to "Hello Medifast!" Thanks so much for the story. I can relate because I've had cheating episodes and it's just funny, when you don't learn your lesson, sometimes life makes you learn it. Are you going to conquer the reliance on food or not? (this is me talking to myself)

So now you are on probably the greatest liquid diet and I think you should focus on the emotional eating and conquering cravings, all the mind over matter stuff. I've had to do this recently and it feels so good to be back on plan.

Another thing . . . think about the Medifast solids that you have to look forward to in the future . . . the soy crisps, the chicken and wild rice soup, not sure if you're having pudding right now or not but think of them as your upcoming treats--an upgrade from the shakes. Think of how you're going to make wonderful lean and greens in the future.

You can do it. This was your life calling.

CHICKIE!

You will be so motivated by the weight loss after another month with your jaws wired, no way will you give it up.

I've heard of people having their jaws wired on purpose so they could lose weight!
There will be so many good things on Medifast for you to eat that you will say "Hello Medifast,, I love you!" and really mean it!

Congratulations on the 9 pound loss so far and many more to come!

You what the best thing about MF is? How your mind, tummy and tastes buds change once you have been on the plan for a little while.

You find yourself cheating with carrots or fruit :) However, I have heard over and over, and I know from experience that people have felt aweful after cheating and not because they cheated but because they tummy just couldn't take the change or it didn't taste like it used to.

However, the rewards you are going to see is going to motivate you so much that you are going to suprise yourself!!!

Hope you are feeling better now, and congrats on your weight loss, even though it is an uncomfortable way to lose the weight, to say the least!
