Broiled or pan fried ginger shrimp?

Hi Guys - I have a whole load of shrimp, however, being in Oklahoma, we are under a serious burn ban. I did a search and didn't find anything......

So I was going to do something with lime...ginger...garlic..scallions.....soy sauce....but not sure how to bring it all together.

Anyone have any good recipes?

Use 1/4 cu soy
1 tsp ginger
about 4 packets splenda

Bring to a boil, remove from heat.

Put thawed shrimp in to marinate for 10 mins.

Take out, spray boiler pan with Pam, place shrimp under broiler for 2-3 mins, flip, 2-3 mins on other side...

Enjoy! I saved some of the marinade for dipping.....It was so good!
