Welcome to you,
Dear c0rie ~
I am sorry to hear you feel
...it makes me wonder if perhaps you are allergic to soy. Nausea is a symptom of a soy allergy. Generally people with soy allergies are allergic to the process used rather than to the soy itself; we have very few clients that are allergic to Medifast because they use a cold water wash rather than alcohol or chemical wash process.
I'd suggest trying the soy-free meal replacements and see if you can tolerate them. As Allie mentioned, try the Hot Cocoa...
The Soy-free Medifast products include:
Hot Cocoa, Instant Cappuccino, Chai Latte ~ It may sound
weird, but these three products are also great mixed with cold water and whirled in the blender with ice! The Cappuccino and the Chai are similar to a Starbuck’s Frappuccino.
The other soy-free meal replacements are
Peach Iced Tea, Raspberry Iced Tea, Fruit Punch, Cranberry Mango and the Creamy Soups (Cream of Broccoli Soup,
Cream of Chicken Soup, and Cream of Tomato Soup).
Let us know how it goes using those items.
If needed, you can return your other products and exchange them for more of the soy-free items if the exchange is made within 30 days of purchase.
c0rie, some people develop a tolerance also after a week or two. I have several clients that
'toughed it out' for two weeks and they managed to shake off their nausea and their unwanted flabber.
Best wishes to you!
